What to include
If it is about an order, put your order number in the subject line. If something is wrong with an item, attach a photo taken in daylight with the garment flat. Those two things turn a week of back and forth into one reply.
What we are quick at
- telling you which size to order
- sorting out a print fault or a damaged parcel
- chasing a carrier when tracking has stalled
- changing an address, if production has not started
What we cannot help with
We are an independent label. We are not the official Midnight store and we cannot answer questions about Midnight itself, the project, its community moderation or anything else that is not an order placed with us. For that, go to Midnight directly.
Ideas, requests and complaints
All welcome, including the blunt ones. If you think a design is bad, a price is wrong, or something on this site is broken, we would rather hear it than not.
